As the Massage Therapy Director for our franchise group, I am responsible for the Massage Therapist Training. With the addition of Woven, we are able to improve on the timing at which massage therapists get included in communication. It is very easy to understand and allows new team members quicker integration and easy access to training and information resources.

A few features I find very nice are the notifications for shift coverage and the policies sections. Sending out an immediate call to action to the team saves the management time from trying to group text or making several calls. Being able to schedule policy acknowledgement keeps everyone on the same page and operating at a higher standard. Great platform!
