I have been using Woven for my two Massage Heights locations for the past year and have been incredibly happy with my decision to implement. The Woven support system is top notch and the development of both the web and mobile versions of Woven has been impressive. The features and functionality have replaced numerous tracking spreadsheets and manual labor hours; has centralized and automated our compliance function; and has expedited our staff communication processes within and across business units and locations. With the click of a button, I can review “alerts” for both soft issues (staff birthdays and anniversaries) and critical issues (expiration of professional licenses and insurance, annual background checks, and acknowledgements of key policies). Woven allows our staff to engage with management and other team members for shift coverage; requested time off and schedule changes; and alerts for past due compliance items. I am also able to assign tasks with due dates to managers and managers to staff, with automated tracking and alerts as tasks are coming due or past due. I have yet to fully utilize all of the features of Woven and still consider it to be one of the best decisions I have made in the past few years.
