Aaron McMartin’s career journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to excellence. Beginning in banking and financial services, Aaron honed his skills over a decade before transitioning to work with franchisors and franchisees. Over the past 16 years, he has built a remarkable portfolio of clients spanning across 60 countries and diverse sectors such as professional training, food & beverage, personal services, and children’s education.

In his role as a consultant, Aaron has consistently encountered operational challenges and the ongoing struggle to attract and retain top talent within organizations.
